On 14 May 2010 Bob Neill MP was appointed Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at Communities and Local Government.

Steve Quartermain was educated at Lord Williams Grammar School, Thame, before reading Geography at St Chads College, Durham University.

His first job as a trainee planner was at Epping Forest District council where he completed his post-graduate qualification in Environmental Planning in 1984.

Currently Chief Executive of the Planning Inspectorate for England and Wales, Katrine has been in post for 8 years and has spent the time developing the capability and capacity of the Inspectorate as a whole to enhance its performance and productivity.

Stephen Tapper is President of the Planning Officers Society - “the credible voice of public sector planning”. He previously held office as Chair of the Sustainability and Rural Planning Committee, which for many years promoted the role of planning in securing sustainable buildings.

Damian Testa is a Lead Policy and Public Affairs Manager responsible for economic development and strategic planning.  He is also the project manager for the Surrey Infrastructure Capacity Project on behalf of all 12 Surrey authorities.

A Chartered Town Planner, Peter Lerner amassed over 25 years of local authority experience, rising to the level of Chief Executive, before forming his own Consultancy in 2005.

Jonathan Spruce is a Senior Assistant Director at Tees Valley Unlimited, responsible for strategy and development in planning, transport, economy and the environment. 

Anna Turley is Deputy Director at New Local Government Network responsible for the strategic direction and profile of the organisation.

Lachlan Robertson is a Town Planner with over 26 years experience. He runs his own business, Pselios Ltd, specialising in training, town planning, management consultancy and communication.
